Our barn offers 5,000 square feet of open, flexible event space with soaring timber ceilings and ambient lighting. The space is fully heated and air conditioned. The open floor plan comfortably seats up to 300 guests for a reception.

A Covered Porch and 168 Acres of Countryside

Step outside the barn onto our covered porch, the perfect backdrop for vows exchanged against open sky and green pasture. Whether you're saying 'I do' as the sun sets behind the tree line or gathering guests for cocktail hour before the reception, the porch and surrounding grounds extend your celebration into the natural beauty of the property.

The farm spans 168 acres, offering room for outdoor ceremonies, photography, and quiet countryside views without leaving the property. The covered porch keeps guests sheltered from sun or light rain while still feeling connected to the open land.

Venue FAQ

We've put together some frequently asked questions to better serve you.

  • Do I need insurance for my event?

    No. However, we strongly suggest that you obtain a Special Events Liability Policy for your event in the case of any unexpected / unfortunate situations. 


    This policy can be obtained from your preferred insurance provider. 


    Additionally, if alcohol will be served at your event, the policy will need to include Alcohol Liability.

  • Do you provide linens?

    No. All of our tables are standard sizes. For exact measurements, please see our Package Information page.

  • Do I have to have a wedding planner?

    No. However, we do ask that you appoint a Day-Of Coordinator. This person will be responsible for communicatingthe planned timeline of events and any change to that schedule to our team so that we can provide youwith the best service.

  • Do I have to use Midway BBQ as my caterer?

    No, we do not require that you use Midway BBQ as your caterer. However, we do require that outside caterers provide us with a copy of their Business License and a Liability Insurance Policy.

  • Do you provide a vendor recommendations list?

    No. We allow brides to select their own vendors due to personal preference and budget.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    No. We cannot receive Wi-Fi services due to our location.


  • Do you require a security guard?

    For All EVENTS, a licensed security guard is required to be on-site.

  • What is required to reserve a date?

    To book, we require a signed copy of our contract and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
